Lon was born in San Diego, CA on June 11, 1942 to Alan and Isabel Randol, and died peacefully at his home on April 25th, 2018.

Lon is survived by his wife Gayla of 54 years and was the father of Rochelle (Jeff) Montreuil, Daniel Randol (Alycia), Scott Randol (Ruth) and his dear grandchildren, Jordan, Tony, Andrew, Gabriel and Chloe.

Before moving to Orange County in 1963 Lon attended San Diego State and was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. He finished his Business Administration degree at Fullerton Sate and worked in the Aerospace business where he had the opportunity to travel the world for business and pleasure.

Lon liked sports and was totally immersed in coaching his boys both in baseball and football when they were young. He played in softball league, and enjoyed playing golf with his buddies. Lon also found great pleasure in planting a garden and filling his yard with various fruit trees along with a beautiful rose garden for Gayla.
He collected numerous friends from all over the world and people were charmed by his quick wit, smile and the twinkle in his eyes.

Lon was a good and loving man who will be missed so much by all his family and friends.
