Ernest Cleveland was the son of Joseph Franklin Sparrow, and Josephine Catherine Beaty Sparrow. He was a lifelong resident of Pulaski and Bleckley Counties. On Oct. 06, 1906, he married Annie Mae Buchan of Pulaski County. He was a retired farmer and mail carrier, and a member of Corinth Baptist church.
