She was born in Round Oak, Georgia to the late Robert O. and Mattie Green Gresham. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, John Melton Pettigrew. She was a member of Mabel White Baptist Church for seventy one years, where she taught Primary Sunday School for twenty years, a member of the Faith Bible Class and the Golden Agers. She was retired from Tom’s Foods. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.
