Jack Harold Tysinger of Badin, died Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Stanly Manor in Albemarle.

Mr. Tysinger was born July 24, 1927 in Badin, North Carolina to the late Theodore Roosevelt Tysinger and the late Genevieve Huntley Tysinger. He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Jo Coggins.

Jack was a graduate of Badin school and owner and operator of Badin Ice and Fuel. Mr. Tysinger was a life time member of Badin United Methodist Church and served in the US Navy during World War II on the USS Wisconsin. He was a member of the VFW.

The funeral service will be on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Badin United Methodist Church, 18 Hickory Street in Badin officiated by Rev. Beau Linker. Burial will follow at the Fairview Memorial Park

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Mary Drucilla "Drucy" Farmer Tysinger; son, Bill Tysinger of Cornelius; daughter, Melissa "Lisa" Jane Eudy of New London; grandchildren, Heather Caldwell Eudy and Hanna Cauble Eudy.

Memorials may be made to Badin United Methodist Church, 18 Hickory Street, Badin, NC 28009.
