Amy Gene Campbell was the daughter of Horace and Ethel Whitmore. The wife of J. Weldon "Humpy" Campbell. My aunt! Amy and Humpy owned a cafe in downtown Idabel for many years. It was quite a gathering place. They never had any children. Amy's mother, Ethel, "mama Whit" lived with her until she passed away and was laid to rest next to her husband Horace in Dollarhide Cemetery Foreman AR. Amy's name will always bring an instant smile to my face and one of many pleasant thoughts!
