LEo Ferrill, 65, of Peoria, formerly of Carterville, died at 11:45 p.m. Monday in St. Francis Hospital, Peoria.
Born June 15, 1903 in Alto Pass, he was the son of Allen nd Flora Jackson Ferrill. He had lived in Peoria the last 10 years and was employed by Peoria State Hospital as an attendant. He was a veteran of World War II.
Mr. Ferrill leaves a daughter, Mrs. Betty Kampe of Oxnard, Calif.; a brother, George of Carterville; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Riggin Funeral Home Carterville with the Rev. James Hoggard officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Carterville. Friends may call after 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
