Norma Hurst, born to Floyd and Rose Sumner, never found the time to retire.
She enjoyed tax preparation, working at H&R Block for the past 20 years. In the early years, she worked as a homemaker. She loved her days out, the North Eastwood Swim Club, and working as a water safety instructor and manager. Norma and Buddie operated the Salt Creek Bait and Tackle.

Always full of life, Norma liked cards, quilting, ceramics, and music. She was always ready to go dancing.
