Barbara L. Irons-Bento, 66, of Prairie Avenue, formerly of East Providence, died Thursday at Charlton Memorial Hospital after an illness. She was the widow of Hubert W. Irons and Antone Bento.
Mrs. Irons was a packer for the former U.S. Record/Picway in Somerset, a musical records shipping company.
She was born in East Providence, a daughter of the late Frank J. and Rose (Peters) Enos. She had lived in Swansea about 30 years.
She is survived by four daughters, two sons, a brother, two sisters, 13 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
