Jeff, age 63, passed away on April 20th as a result of a tragic accident. He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Andrea, and his much-loved fur babies: Kelsey and Jackson. Jeff, an independent insurance adjuster, started East Coast Claims Service in 1995. He was well respected and will be missed by colleagues and clients both in the U.S., as well as across the pond. As one of his clients has said, "Jeff was a terrific adjuster; he left an amazing legacy both professionally, but more importantly personally". Jeff was a member of the New England Viper Owner Association; an avid NASCAR fan; and enjoyed spending time in "Jeff's Garage".

Besides his wife, Andrea, he is survived by his siblings: Cynthia Farnsworth and her husband, Richard of Waterford, VT, Catherine Harnish LaMar and her husband, Andrew of Williston, VT and Christopher Harnish of Yuma, Arizona, his step mother, Joan Harnish of Scituate, nieces and nephews and his sister- in-law and brother-in-law Raymond and Kathleen Gianquitti of Narragansett.

Jeff would say, "Love you. Mean it." Jeff, I will do so forever, Andrea

His funeral service will be held Thursday at 11:30am in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will be in Acote’s Hill Cemetery, Chepachet. Visitation Wednesday 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers donations in Jeff’s memory may be made to RISPCA, 186 Amaral Street, East Providence, RI 02915
