Cecile (Lafrance) (Picard) Duquette, died on January 19, 2021. Cecile was born January 30, 1931 the daughter of Joseph and Alice (Baron) Lafrance. She married Raymond Duquette in 1987 who predeceased her in August 2001.
Cecile is survived by her eight children: Robert C. Picard, Jr.; Lucille Jenkins; Catherine Smith; Roger Picard; Jeanne Dunphy; John Picard; Angela Smith; Denise Ridgley.
