Mrs. Poisel was born at Springdale and came to Yakima in 1913 from Oregon, where she had been reared. She and her husband, Charles N. Poisel, ranched in the Brownstown area for many years before she moved to Yakima five years ago because of ill health.
She was a member of the Harrah Assembly of God.
Besides her husband, Charles Poisel of Parker, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Merla (Phronie) Crowell of Yakima, and Mrs. Fred (Fern) Thornton of Chehalis; a son, Theodore Poisel of Wapato, eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
