ROSE LAUMANIA HIROTA 95, of Hale'iwa passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family on March 14, 2018. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God sustained her through her life.

A stalwart member of the pineapple industry, where she was employed by Libby, McNeil and Libby for 30 years. Dole Cannery for 10 years and Dole Fresh Fruit for another 10 years. Being a strong believer in our Almighty God, she exemplified her strong Christian values to her loved ones and friends. She was a devout and life long member of Lili'uokalani Protestant Church.

She is survived by her daughters; Gertrude Ann (Florencio) Cabacungan, Lehua (Norman) Yates, C. Kuulei (Reuben) Kaio and son, John (Eileen) Hirota; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.

Predeceased by her husband, Mamoru Hirota and daughter Margaret Hiroko Hirota.

Services will be held on April 28, 2018, at Lili'uokalani Protestant Church, 66-090 Kamehameha Highway, Hale'iwa. Visitation: 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.; "Celebration of Life" Service: 11:00 a.m.
