Ivan DeHaven, son of George W. and Sarah (Sadie) Lent DeHaven was killed when he stepped off a Union Pacific Train in Omaha, Nebraska. Ivan had 120 acres near Peetz, Colorado that he got with the Homestead Act. This land was filed in Logan County, Sterling, Colorado. Would love to find out what happened to this land after he died.
