The couple assumed the surname of Hill-Walker.
They had two sons: Thomas Harry Hill-Walker (killed by enemy action during WWII) and Gerald Alan Hill-Walker.
After the death of her husband she lived at The Cottage, Maunby, near Thirsk, where she died.
Administration of her estate was granted to Gerald Alan Hill-Walker (retired lieutenant-colonel H.M. Army) and Arthur William Watts (estate agent): effects £29901 16 s. 5 d.
