Robert Bozarth, 89, died at 9:55 AM, Monday, April 9, 2018 at his home near Cisne.

Born on April 7, 1929 in Keenes, IL to Sheridan and Effie (Hollingsworth) Bozarth, he had been a bulk fuel distributor for Standard Oil and lifelong farmer. Robert married Doris Block on March 16, 1949 in Morganfield, Kentucky and was member of the Blue Point Free Will Baptist Church.

He is survived by a son Michael (Barbara) Bozarth of Fairfield and three grandchildren- Brandon Bozarth of Cypress, TX, Jared Bozarth of Fairfield, and Katelyn Bozarth of Fairfield. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, parents, six brothers and sisters, and grandson Tyler Bozarth.

Funeral services for Robert Bozarth will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, April 12 at Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield, with visitation from 9 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow in Cisne Cemetery.

Memorials in his honor may be made to the Blue Point Free Will Baptist Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
