Joseph P. Feltz, 96, of Point Pleasant, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 24, 2018, surrounded by his loved ones. Born in Jersey City to the late John and Bridget Feltz, he lived there and moved to Pt. Pleasant in 1968. He worked for the Pennsylvania Rail Road/Amtrak, Penn Station, NY, and retired as a supervisor after forty-three years. Mr Feltz was a WWII, United States Army Air Force veteran; avid gardener; and was communicant of the Church of Saint Martha, Pt. Pleasant. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 73 years, Josephine Deiuro Feltz; brothers, Teddy, Louie, John, Philip, and Rocco and sisters Marie, Josephine, and Jean.
Surviving is his daughter, JoAnn Feltz of Point Pleasant. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Kenneth Kaminski and his wife Joanne and Erica Maves and her husband Jeffrey; and gr-grandchildren, Kate, Samantha, Chandler, J.J. and Zachary.
