William Thomas “Tom” Adams, 80, of Martinez, GA, beloved husband of thirty-one years to Mrs. Nancy Landrum Adams, entered into rest on Monday, March 26, 2018.
Born in and a resident of Aiken County, SC, most of his life, a son of the late Arthur L. “Bubba” Adams and the late Lucille Free Moody, he had been a resident of Martinez, GA, since 1986.
He retired from Claussen Concrete as Manager and also was the former owner and operator of Adams Concrete. He was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Tom enjoyed flowers, landscaping, being outdoors, camping, fishing and especially traveling.
In addition to his wife and parents, family members include his children, Sherry (David) Fields, Augusta, GA, Tommy L. Adams, Bath, SC and Kim (Sheila) Adams, Beech Island, SC; step-children, Cliff (Andrea) Weeks, Waynesboro, GA, Glenn Weeks, Martinez, GA and the late Jeff Weeks, siblings, Charles (Helen) Adams, Bath, SC and the late Jeanette Adams, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and one step-great-great-grandchild. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Bath, SC.
