Preceded in death by her husband, James E Carroll; siblings, Thomas Bowman and Dorothy Sue Copeland and granddaughter, Pamela Carnell, surviving are children, Barbara (Eric) Collins of DeBary, Arthur (Jane) Bullock of Maitland, FL; stepson, Timothy Carroll of Soddy Daisy TN; granddaughters Tammy Ceja & Terri (Randy) Langton; great-grandchildren, Eric White of NV, Leticia Newell (Paul) of GA, Steven Carnell (Kathryn) of NV, Norma Ceja of FL, Carlos Ceja, Jr of FL and Kawanda Homolka (Nick) of ID and great-great-grandchildren, Noah, Syrena & Dalton Carnell.. Funeral services will be March 31, 2018 at the Community United Methodist Church in DeBary, FL. Deltona Memorial Funeral Home in Orange City, FL is serving the family.
