Sammy Earl Smith, age 73, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, March 26, 2018, at Stillhouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Paris, Texas.
Sammy was born, January 20, 1945, in Hollis, Harmon County, Oklahoma to Robert Cleo and Linnie Lee Bryant Smith.
Sammy was preceeded in death by his wife, Jeanie Mae Bullard Smith, his parents Robert Cleo and Linnie Lee Bryant Smith, two sisters, Patsy Linelle Beasley, and Lee Ann Smith.
Graveside services are set 2:00 p.m. for Friday, March 30, 2018, at Forrest Hill Cemetery in Idabel, Oklahoma with Rev. Brent Coffey officiating.
Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends Friday from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home.
