Henry Landes was a son of John Landes and Catherine Miller. (As genealogy researchers we use the middle name Miller, his mother's maiden name, to identify him specifically from others with the same name and similar dates. I have found no records where he used it in life.)
On March 1, 1808 Henry married Elizabeth Baker in Augusta County, Virginia. Henry died in 1847. Elizabeth never remarried and lived with children when she got older.
