Tessie Jane Pennington was born May 27, 1917 to Windfield and MJ Baker. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fred Pennington, her father Windfield Baker, her mother MJ Baker, her sister Myrtle Pennington and husband Glenn Pennington , her brother Freed (Jessie Freedman) Baker and wife Betty Lou Baker, her sister Mary Lou Baker, her sister-in-law Robbie Baker, and her children: Eddie Pennington Sr. and wife Delores Imogene Pennington, Freddie Gene Pennington and wife Leta Jean Pennington, Mary Ruth Milligan and husband Royce (Doc) Milligan, and one great grandchild: Bradley Don Yard.
She is survived by one brother Garlin Ab Baker and his wife Joyce Baker, one daughter Patsy Sue Cave and her husband James Lewis Cave. Grandchildren: Eddie Pennington Jr. , Brent Milligan, Donna (Milligan) Yard, Jean Barrow, Tammie (Cave) Barber, Kay Lynn (Milligan) Garrett, Mistie Dawn (Cave) Sutko.
