Phyllis Ann Douglas beloved wife, mother, and nana, 73, of Sapulpa OK passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Phyllis was born September 22, 1944 in a chicken coop converted to the home of Oda and Faye Garrison. She always laughed when she told the story of how her child hood home was once a chicken house.

She is survived by son and wife; and daughter and husband; twelve grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by parents, Oda and Faye Garrison; husband, Ronald "Butch" Douglas; son, Ronald Gene Douglas; and sister Betty McMillen.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm on Thursday, March 22, 2018 with Funeral services following at 2 pm on Friday, March 23, 2018 both at Smith Funeral Chapel, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK.
