Sallie Mae. Grubbs, 83, of Harrisville died April 26 at St. Dominics Hospital in Jackson.
Services were held April 28 at 2 p.m. from Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Tom Cupit, Rev. Kenny Goff and Rev. Bob Anding officiating. Burial was in the Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson and Stringer's Funeral Home of Crystal Springs was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Eddie R. Grubbs of Harrisville; a brother, Charles B. Lewis of Terry; five sisters, Lessie Jane Pogue of Livingston, TX, L. Dora Lewis and Johnnie Compere, both of Florence, Ella Ray Welch and Mary Helen Thomas, both of Crystal Springs.
