James H. Monteith, the father of Mrs. Warner Whipple, Utica, died at his home in Bloomington at 4 o'clock Tuesday morning ending an illness extending over a period of some weeks.
Formerly a resident of Ottawa, he was for many years associated with the Prudential Insurance Company. funeral arrangements were incomplete at noon Tuesday, but it was said that burial will be made in Waltham township.
