Mrs. Eva Clark Dies At Home of Daughter.
Mrs. Eva Lee Clark, 66, widow of the late George W. Clark, died at 9:30 o'clock Christmas night, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bert Winslow of southeast of Arkansas City. Mrs. Clark who had been a resident of the Grand View locality for more that 20 years, submitted to a surgical operation four months ago. She had been ill for some time before that. The daughter is the only child. Mrs. Clark was born at Spring Creek, Ill. Mr. Clark died in 1917. One brother, Judge J.C. Boans, of east of the city and one sister, Mrs. Geo. Burgess, of Rising City, Neb., also survive.
Funeral services are to be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow at the Grand View church in East Bolton. Burial will be in Springside cemetery. The Grant Funeral Home is in charge.
