Mrs. Turner was born Feb. 28, 1906, in Bartholomew County, the daughter of Harvey and Flora Oldham Crippen. She was the widow of Raymond V. Turner.
She is survived by six sons: Olvir Turner, Indianapolis, Thomas Turner, Rushville, Ira Turner, Osgood, Lynn Turner, Rush County and Claude Turner, Columbus, Ohio; two daughers: Mrs. Mary Springman, Rushville and Mrs. Ruth Shipley, Jacksonville, N.C.; one brother, Harvey Crippen, Burney; 40 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
The services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Mosters and Sons Mortuary in Rushville, with burial in Hanningan Cemetery in Rush County. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday.
