Another Murder - Mrs. Frank Leslie Shoots her Husband in the Head.
A south side House of Ill Fame was the scene of the shocking tragedy early last evening. Sad end of a series of quarrels.
Note: She had shot him once before and was in jail for it.
Mrs. Frank Leslie and her two younger sisters will leave this morning for their old home at East Liverpool. One of the girls was in a house of ill repute in Pittsburgh and the other was the one who was by her side during her trial for killing her husband. All three women slept at the jail last night, having no other place to go.

At Wheeling, Friday evening, Mrs. Mamie Leslie shot her husband, Frank Leslie, inflicting a fatal wound in the head. The shooting occurred in a house of ill-fame. The woman entered saying "I want my husband."
Obtaining admittance to where he was, she drew and fifed a revolver.
The man died a short time after. [City Hospital, Ward 5] The people came from Wellsville, Ohio. The woman is said to be of good family at East Liverpool.

Mrs. Mary Leslie, who shot her husband in a house of ill-fame at Wheeling, April 8th, was put on trial Monday. She plead self-defense. Tuesday evening the jury brought in a verdict of not guilty.
