QUITMAN - Services for Sylvia Blalock Horton, 93, Quitman, are scheduled for 4 p.m. Sunday at Lowe Funeral Home chapel, Quitman, with the Rev. James Richey officiating.
Burial will be in Myrtle Springs Cemetery, Quitman.
Mrs. Horton died April 6, 2007, in Quitman.
She was born April 19, 1913, in Quitman and lived there most of her life. She was a member of Myrtle Springs Baptist Church, Quitman, and was a cook at the Quitman school cafeteria.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Horton.
Survivors include a brother, V.C. Blalock, Quitman; and sister, Syble Robertson, Lindale; numerous nieces and nephews.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
