Mrs. Adeline Knight passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018 at her residence. She was born on December 30, 1925 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to Morgan Jackson Knowles and Lila Lavada Knowles. She was a member of Comer Memorial United Methodist Church. Mrs. Knight was a very independent proud and proper southern woman. She enjoyed traveling, volunteering at Russell Medical Center and was a supporter of the Boy’s and Girl’s Ranch.
She is survived by her nephews, Freddie Senn (Carolyn), Mark Knight (Tanya), Chris Senn (Ginger), Gary Senn (Pearl), Matthew Knight, and Dale Knight; nieces, Faye Knowles, Kathy Outlaw (Wayne), and Debbie Pate; and numerous other nieces, nephews and family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband, King Dorsey Knight; parents; brother, Curtis Knowles and sisters, Bessie Winslett and Gurtha Mae Parrott.
