O.M. "Bud" Brewbaker, 81, of 1538 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, died Saturday at Mercy Hospi-"" tal Medical Center. The cause of death is unknown, pending the results of an autODSV. Services C will be at 11 a.m. -jS Wednesday at JJI Grace United 1 Methodist J ir LJ Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery.
Mr. Brewbaker was a lifelong resident of Des Moines, and was a retired claims adjuster for American Republic Insurance.
He was a member of the Drake Alumni Association and Pioneer Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his son, John of West Des Moines; a brother, Harold of Grandview, Mo.; two grandchildren; a step-grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at Dunn's Funeral Home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to his church.
