Graduated from Mont Pleasant High School in 1947

Married Margaret "Peg" Brougham on February 26, 1950 at the Albany Street United Methodist Church in Schenectady.

After his high school graduated he began working at GE where he graduated from the Apprentice Course. He retired after 40 years from GE where he was a Supervisor in Steam Turbine.

Member of the G.E. Apprentice Alumni as well as the G.E. Quarter Century Club.

Volunteered at Proctors Theater as an usher and "White Hat" for 25 years and was a driver for the Jonesville Food Pantry for many years

He and his later wife were members of Shenendehowa United Methodist Church in Clifton Park since 1974.

Predeceased by his parents; his wife, Peg, in 2002; a son, David M. Brougham in 1972; his sisters and brother, Joyce (infant), Marion DesBois, Dorothy (Edward) Williams, Marjorie (Rudy) Aernecke and Robert (Kathy) Brougham; his sister-in-law, Jean Clemens and brother-in-law, Joseph Ambrozik


Survived by his 2 daughters; 2 granddaughters; 2 sisters; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews
