Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Elvira Banks; two sons, Howard and Harry; two daughters, Mrs. Andrew McGaffic of Beaver Falls and Mrs. Shaler of McKeesport; two sisters, Mrs. Robert Galey of Beaver and Mrs. J. B. Long of Beaver Falls.
The body will be brought to his late home, 818 Thirteenth Street, this afternoon, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday. Burial will be in Beaver Cemetery.
Mr. Banks was a veteran of the Civil War, serving in the 101st Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry. He was stricken ill while on a visit with his daughter.
