Graveside services for Nell McGowen Vintson, 97, a native of Cuba, AL and a resident of Arden, N.C. will be Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:30 A.M. at Clay Memorial Cemetery in Cuba with Reid Vaughan and Rev. Ed Tatum officiating.
Mrs. Vintson passed away March 1, 2018 at Arden Woods Assisted Living in Arden, N.C. She was born July 26, 1920 in Cuba, Alabama to Charlie McGowen and Emma Virginia Hurldurt McGowen.
Survivors include her two sons William “Bill” Vintson (Sherry) and Stoney Vintson (Carolyn); grandson Stoney Vintson, Jr. (Leigh); granddaughter Niki Vintson and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Cuba Presbyterian Church at PO Box 56, Cuba, Alabama 36907.
