Edward C. McClung, Well Known Local Resident, Is Called
Funeral services for Edward C. "Bud" McClung, 78, a well-known resident of the Tipton vicinity, were conducted in the McCormick funeral home in Tipton vicinity, Thursday afternoon this week, the Rev. Stanley Schlick pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment was made in the Sand Hill cemetery, northwest of the city.
Mr. McCLung was born May 15th, 1866, in Rupert, West Virginia, and had farmed in this county for many years. He is survived by two sisters, Alice Johnson, 813 3rd Ave, Cedar Rapids, and Elsa Walters.

Funeral services were held this afternoon (Thursday) for Edward C. McClung at 4 o'clock in the McCormick funeral home wit the Rev. Stanley Schlick officiating. Burial was in Sand Hill cemetery.
Mr. McClung died Tuesday July 4, at the county home where he had established a residence.He has reached the age of 78 years, 1 month and 19 days.
