Graveside services for Carroll Allister McKethan, 50, of Minden, La, were held Monday, Dec. 8, at 2:00 p.m. in the old Minden Cemetery with Rev. Johnnie Adkins officiating.
Carroll died on Dec. 6 at the Schumpert Hospital after a sudden illness. Carroll was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Annie Mae McKethan.
Carroll is survived by his wife, Jacinta Ward McKethan; one daughter, Misty Carol McKethan; two sisters, Sandra Bowman of Booneville, Ark; and a number of nieces & nephews.
Carroll graduated from Arcadia High School then spent 4 years in the Air Force. After his 4 years in service he came back & graduated from La. Tech. While at Tech he met & married Jacinta & his last 26 years were spent in Minden. He was a Computer Programmer in Shreveport.
