Son of Nancy J. Hemphill and John Henry Flick, he was single, worked as an oil well driller, was killed when he was struck by a bull wheel flying off the oil drilling/pumping equipment, a fairly common accident as he is at least the third person buried in this cemetery to have died in this manner. He was buried in Deer Creek 10 th Jan 1910. PA DC# 6266/4
