Mary Helen (Samson) Bovenschen of North Vernon, formerly of Camby and Indianapolis passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 18, 2018.
Mary was born on April 26, 1929 to Andrew and Martha Jane (Jennie) (Cox) Samson in Clinton, Indiana.
Mary married the love of her life, Charles John Bovenschen on August 16, 1946 and they spent 60 wonderful years together before Charles’ passing in 2006.
Mary is survived by her two daughters, Marti Bodenheimer and Sandi (Bob) Vasel; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and brothers, Robert and Jack Samson and sisters Stella Louise Pritchett and Elsie Craig.
