Sophia Faws, b. Feb. 11, 1822 in Mannheim, Mannheimer Stadtkreis, Baden-Württemberg, Germany and d. May, 1872 in
Jeffersonville, Clark County, IN.

In the 1870 U. S. census, 12 yr. old David Davis, b. in IN., was living in Jeffersonville Ward 2, Clark, IN. with his
