Steve Bennett of Topeka, passed away at his home on February 15th of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He is survived by his wife Tracy (LaVisse Holmes) Bennett, his daughter Jennifer (Bennett) Privoznik, son David Bennett, granddaughter Eva Privoznik and brother Jim Bennett.
Steve was preceded in death by his mother Thelma Bennett, father Gerald Bennett and granddaughter Mia Privoznik.
Steve graduated from Topeka High School in 1977. He worked for Stormont-Vail in the maintenance department for several years. He also worked at West Ridge Mall for several years in maintenance. At the time of his passing he was working for Plaza West as the Facilities Director for 15 years.
He married Debbie (Ross) Bennett on March 26, 1979. They later divorced in 1994. He then married Terri (Beattie) Bennett on June 6, 1995. They later divorced 2009. He then married Tracy (LaVisse Holmes) Bennett January 2001.
