Dotsey Belle Frensley Singleton was the daughter of George P. Frensley and Hattie Belle Lauderdale. On August 3, 1938, she married Jimmie Sidney Singleton in Lake Charles, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. They lived in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, and had one child, Nancy. She died at their beach home in Caplen, Texas.
