She was a lifelong resident of Bristol, Tennessee, and was the daughter of the late George M. and Gertrude Arnn Cole.
Mrs. Cross loved God and her family. She fought hard against her failing health to stay alive for her son Randy whom she loved dearly. She was a senior secretary at Raytheon where she worked for 35 years. She was a member of Cold Spring Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Raymond Cross; sisters, Laverne Cole, Pansy Cole Booher and Mildred Cole Thomas.
Survivors include her son, Randy Cross; brother, Ronnie Cole; four nieces; and one nephew.
A graveside service will be held 10:00 am, Friday, February 9, 2018 in Shelby Hills Cemetery with Dr. Doug LaPointe officiating.
