Mrs. Mary Allison

Mrs. Mary C. Bord Allison, 713 Orchard Grove Ave., died Monday at 11:35 p.m. in City Hospital, following a six-year illness. She was 84. Mrs. Allison was born in Wirt County, W. Va., and lived in East Liverpool and Chester for 33 years. Her late husband, George A. Allison of Chester, died in 1947. She made her home in recent years with her daughter, Mrs. John Melvin, 713 Orchard Grove Ave. She leaves two sons, Robert Bruce Allison of Lake Milton, and Lebert Bord Allison of Chester, and 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Rites will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Martin Funeral Home by Elder Earl Zagar of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park. Friends may call this afternoon and tonight and Wednesday afternoon and night at the funeral home.
