She was the daughter of John Edward and Mary Lou Brenke. Baptized in Henderson, MN, she attended Sunday School and was confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church. Eunice was a 1972 graduate of Albert Lea Central High; following she attended Albert Lea Vo-Tech. She was united in marriage to John (Jack) Bolinger in 1975, from this union 3 children were brought to this world.
Throughout her life, she touched many lives and her main focus was her children and grandchildren. She had 3 biological children but was “mom” to many. Her door was always open to whomever in need. She took pride in being the #1 cheerleader whether it be school related or sporting events, she was always there with her smile. She enjoyed decorating for the holidays and spending time with friends and family.
An area where she excelled was caring for people, she spent 19 years working for Elm Homes caring for the mentally and physically challenged. She received many awards for her expertise and kindness in her many years of service.
She will be forever remembered for her gift of visiting, kindness and infectious laugh and smile.
