Adelelmo Leon Lovato, born November 23, 1943 in Center, Colorado passed away at home February 7, 2018 in Sacramento, California. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Anna "Maggie"; his sons Noel (Cheryl) and Michael; his daughter Tammy (Paul) Bennett; six grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters.
Delmo graduated from Grant Union High School in 1961, then served in Vietnam in the US Army. He loved to hunt and fish but he especially loved being with his family. He will be truly missed.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, February 25 at 7PM at Harry A. Nauman and Son, 4041 Freeport Blvd., Sacramento, California. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, February 26 at 10AM at St. Rose Church, 5961 Franklin Blvd., Sacramento, California with a reception following Mass.
Private Interment will be held at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America at www.vva.org.
