The informant on the D/C was an unrelated employee of the hospital, and provided a birth date on her certificate of 17 July 1891. The headstone for Lovelle shows her assumed correct birth date. Lovelle's usual place of residence at the time of her death was Rockwall, Rockwall County, Texas.
