Glenn Phillips age 71, of Crystal City, Missouri, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Crystal Oaks Skilled Nursing in Crystal City. He was born February 28, 1946 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the son of the late Edna (nee Shurman) and Vernus Phillips.

He is survived by his wife Cheryl (nee Anderson) Phillips; daughter Stacy (Richard) Fountain of Livonia, Michigan; son Teak (Ann) Phillips of St. Louis, Missouri; brothers Gerry (LeAnne) Phillips of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Gene (the late Margie) Phillips of Madison, South Dakota, and Gary (Glennette) Phillips of Hyde Park, Utah; sister Gail (Barney) Madler of Rapid City, South Dakota; and four grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother George Phillips.

He worked as V.P. of Sales and Marketing for various regional building material manufacturers. He was a member of the Festus-Crystal City Rotary Club, and the Show-Me Wood Turners, and was a past board member for Habitat for Humanity.

Memorials in his memory are preferred to Cure PSP, 1206 York Rd., Suite L4, Lutherville, MD 20603.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
