Stone is very difficult to read. James is at the top, with his siblings Emma, David, Clara and William underneath. At the very bottom it says "children of Wm F & Sarah Parker" (both of whom are buried in the same lot). They all died in August 1854. I can't make out the AE/age information.

Someone has compiled various Parker family histories on http://www.nh.searchroots.com/HillsboroughCo/Merrimack/parker.html and gives their birth dates as the following (however I was unable to find sources):

Clara F. Parker, b. 12 Sep 1846
Emma F. Parker, b. 16 Jan 1848
James C. Parker, b. 29 Jan 1850
David S. Parker, b. 23 Oct 1852
William Francis Parker, b. 22 Feb 1840

In the 1850 US Census, Clara's age is given as 4 (the family is living in New Boston).
