“Lakewood- Mrs. Ada E Burdge, 63, Greenville, RFD 1, Lakewood, died Friday at Paul Kimball Hospital, here. She was the widow of Joseph E Burdge, and was born in Greenville, daughter of the late Joseph and Charlotte Estelle LeCompte. She belonged to Greenville Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Hugh E Burdge, Greenville, Merrill J Burdge, Whitesville; four grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Sarah E Downey.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1:30 PM from the CHT Clayton & Son Funeral Home, Adelphia, and burial was in Allenwood Cemetery”.
