Bill M. Wood, 90, passed away on January 26, 2018 of causes incident to age.

Born January 8, 1928 to Charles A. and Thelma McBride Wood. He was the fifth of seven children.

Bill attended Lafayette grade school, Horace Mann Jr. High, West High School, and the University of Utah. He worked for Ropers clothing store for many years and was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his sister, Bebe Arnold; and two brothers, Tom (Janene) Wood and Ben Wood.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Thelma; sisters, June Mangiameli and Hope Wood; and brother, Charles Wood, Jr.

Bill requested no memorial service and bequested his remains to the University of Utah Body Donor Program.
Following his cremation, he will rest in the Salt Lake City Cemetery common repository in memory of those who have donated their bodies to advance medical education and science.
