EULA MAE STARCHER, age 81, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at Harrison Memorial Hospital, in Cynthiana. Born in Scott County, Kentucky, on July 21, 1934, to the late Raymond and Cecil Wright Wilburn, she was a homemaker and attended Central Christian Church.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by: three brothers, Gene Wilburn, George Wilburn and William Lee Wilburn; four sisters, Norita Smith, Lucille Haggard, Linda Lou Wilburn and Roberta Wilburn; and a granddaughter, Lisa Mae Debruler. She is survived by: three sons, Danny (Beth) Wright, of Harrison County, William (Edna) Wright, of Nicholas County, and Mark Wright, of Scott County; two daughters, Patricia Wright, of Georgetown, and Carolyn Wright, of Cynthiana; a brother, Bobby Wilburn; five sisters, Alice Peal and Ruby Peak, both of Scott County, Mary Jo Williams and Claire Padgette, both of Lexington, and Millie Foley, of Winchester; nine grandchildren, Carlos Watkins, Cassondra Baker, Joshua Honeycutt, Jordan Honeycutt, Hope Honeycutt, Billy Joseph Wright, Austin Wright, Marcus Daniel Wright and Robbie Lee Debruler; and six great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at Harrison County Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ware Funeral Home.
